Direct Recruiting Solutions provides executive search services on a retained or contingency basis depending upon the level of position, urgency, and attention or focus required. Fees for our services are based on a percentage of the first year's compensation paid to the successful candidate.
Fee's for contingency search are only due upon successful placement of candidate by Direct Recruiting Solutions. This includes completion of background check, reference check, degree verification and any other contingencies that apply.

We believe in transparency and like to address fee's up front. Our basic fee structure is below.
Contingency Fees/Exclusive Search 14% of first years starting salary
Contingency Fees/Non-Exclusive Search 11% of first years starting salary
Specialized Consulting Fees We have successfully worked out monthly retainers with clients to evaluate candidates presented to them by multiple sources and to manage their employment function. Those relationships can be negotiated on an individual basis.
Guarantee
Direct Recruiting Solutions will conduct, without cost or condition, a replacement search, should any individual placed by Direct Recruiting Solutions be terminated for any reason within the first 60 days from start date.
